7 years is a long time! Since I'm currently employed at Sermo, there won't be too many details covered, but here are some highlights.
Sermo app
I led visual design for Sermo’s flagship app, a modern community platform built exclusively for physicians and other healthcare professionals. This project marked a crucial turning point for Sermo, transforming it from a relative unknown into a leading engagement and insights platform that top industry players can't ignore.
I also created the design system in tandem with this project, which currently powers all products in Sermo's ecosystem.

Growth campaigns
A select few out of hundreds of B2C ads I conceptualized and created as part of extensive, high-volume efforts led by the growth team — efforts that accelerated new physician user growth from 1k/mo to over 10k/mo over the span of 2 years.

RealTime Pro launch video
Sermo's ultimate B2B platform for HCP insights made its big debut in 2024. We produced a short video highlighting its key features as part of the launch campaign.
Role: creative direction, storyboarding, UI abstraction, copywriting, 3D modeling & animation. Motion design by David Sekiguchi.
B2B campaigns
I design and build full packages for commercial campaigns, complete with landing pages and integration with marketing & sales automation. Here's one of many I produced for a whitepaper on physician & patient sentiment around the GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 market. Check it out here.


Sermo Scope
A content series that shares insights from our doctors on relevant topics in a cohesive, digestible format. For this episode I developed the content, ran the survey, provided guidance to our Medical Advisory Board doctors, and storyboarded the video. I also used this one as a case study in AI generated content, with the voice over and music being entirely generated.
Design @ Sermo
To address the tedious nature of sharing (most likely) outdated brand guideline PDFs, I created Design @ Sermo, an internal Webflow site that houses Sermo's brand guidelines, brand assets, tips for submitting project briefs, and a library of creative work for stakeholders to reference.

Email system
Sermo sends millions of emails a month — I design and develop all of the core components and templates that power them. This includes product system emails, nurture campaigns, survey invites, internal communications, and adhoc promotions. Each are fully responsive with dark mode support and tested to ensure they look great on all 100,000 versions of Outlook.

Experiential artwork
